How to act in adversity.

Acts 4:29

This is what Peter and John prayed just after being threatened and ordered by the priests not to witness about Jesus again. Instead of praying for deliverance, they prayed for a great BOLDNESS to KEEP PREACHING THE GOSPEL.

Today, what kind of prayers are you praying when you are afflicted? Are you always praying for your own deliverance or are you praying for perseverance to do what you are called to do, so others can have their miracle? Remember, the kind of prayer you pray in your affliction shows your level of commitment and passion. Today, don’t heed the threats of the enemy and quit your calling. When God calls you, He also covers you.
