The Power of right perception
This is for someone who has been going through one battle after another. Elijah went through something similar in 1 Kings 17. At first, there was no rain. But God asked him to go live by a brook and there He provided water and food for Him. But then the brook dried up. Then God tells him to go to a widow in Zarephath. And there again God works a miracle with the flour and the oil. And just when they were so ecstatic about seeing such a great miracle, the widow’s son fell sick
and died. And Elijah had to cry out to God for the boy’s life to return. Can you see the progression? So many battles right in the midst of miracles.
But what if we are perceiving things wrongly? What if it’s actually so many MIRACLES in the midst of battles? If you look at it, it’s like Elijah was thrown from one battle to the next. But in truth, he was moving from one MIRACLE to the next. And the same goes for you too. Don’t miss seeing the miracles just because you are so busy fighting battles.
