Trouble in the middle

“They bruised his feet with fetters and placed his neck in an iron collar. Until the time came to fulfill his dreams, the Lord TESTED Joseph’s character.”

Psalms 105:18,19

The first thing that God does after He gives you a promise, is test your character. And sometimes, this is why things seem like it’s all falling apart. But this testing is not to see if you will fail or come through; this is only to bring out what He has placed inside you. See, your beginning is great because of the promises He makes, your ending is great because of its fulfilment. But there’s always trouble in the middle. So if you’re in this place, where like Joseph, the promise is in your heart, but trouble is in your life, then remember God is only helping you GROW into your calling.

So when there’s trouble in the middle, and you can’t see the end, just stop and remember what He promised at the start.
